  • Will key-staff be deployed to the USA. 


"Know what you don't know workshop"

One full-day workshop on location in Denmark for key-employees to understand the framework condi-tions of operating a business in U.S.A. Only by “knowing, what you don’t know” you are able to ask the correct questions to the key service providers and stakeholders going forward.

After a short presentation on U.S.A., the following topics will be discussed*:

  • Purpose of a U.S. legal entity
  • The U.S. organization today and in the future
  • Operating the entity on a daily basis
  • What kinds of service providers will you need
  • Where to find and validate them
  • Business owner vs. employer in U.S.A.
  • How to successfully deploy key-staff from DK to U.S.


After each topic you will be asked to fill out an action plan for what you will need to do the next 30-60-90 days.
